I’ve Just had my MOT done here for the first time. Fantastic service provided and I will definitely be going back for my next MOT and any other maniacal work in the future.
Do not recommend this garage. Always asking if you're a regular, what does it matter, unless there's some motive behind it. Always saying they're overloaded with work, but then miraculously find time to do extra work without asking permission and charge you for it, so inappropriate.
Steve was very helpful helping me locate some missing service history, much appreciated.
My Mercedes A180 developed issues when warning lights activated for glow plugs and then engine check. Rang the garage and despite being fully booked, having asked if I was a previous customer (which I was), told me to drop it off that morning and they would see what they could do. Did mention a service and MOT was also due in the next few weeks so they said they would try and incorporate it. By midday next day, car ready to collect. Only ever carry out work that needs doing and happy they replaced all the glow plugs to save further expense. Top guys and happy to recommend
