After the meal, I wanted to pay by card, but the boss insisted three times that I should use cash. This is a serious suspicion of tax evasion. When I was studying in Germany, I saw Chinese restaurant owners let students act as agents in the university to use Euro cash to exchange Euros for RMB with other Chinese students privately, so as to convert the Euro cash they received.
Dopo il pasto volevo pagare con la carta, ma il capo ha insistito tre volte affinché usassi contanti. Si tratta di un grave sospetto di evasione fiscale. Quando studiavo in Germania, ho visto proprietari di ristoranti cinesi lasciare che gli studenti agissero come agenti nell’università per usare contanti in euro per scambiare euro in RMB con altri studenti cinesi in privato, in modo da convertire gli euro in contanti che ricevevano.

친퀘테레 다녀오던 중 크루즈 복귀가 급해서 중앙역 근처 알아본 맛집입니다. 크루즈 음식에 지친 제 위장이 씻은듯이 나았습니다. 첨엔 낡은 인테리어와 온갖 메뉴가 많아 반신반의했습니다. 그러나 막창국수 한입에 모든게 다 용서됩니다. 과하지도 부족하지도 않은 간의 담백한 국물이 제 식도를 타고 내려가는동안 그동안 입맞에 안맞는 음식에 고생한 위장이 씻기는 느낌이었습니다. 잔치국수같은 면발에 각종 야채와 푸짐한 막창 건더기까지. 한그릇 국물까지 원샷하고 왔습니다. 한국인이라면 이집 강추합니다
This is a bit confused with their name. It has changed to Bar & Sushi but we still got the food like all review photos. The lady is friendly and helpful. Her foods are absolutely delicous, home-cook style. We had dumplings, the beef noodle soup and the intestine noodle soup. Also I ordered one dish of just vegetable which wasn't on the menu but she made it for me. Highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to get something different than pizza and pasta. Only one point need to improve is the degraded toilet, ok to use but not so nice.
