Great place, great guys, booked me in quick, very good timekeeping. Excellent and efficient service, been going there for years. Would recommend 10/10
Did an MOT there, one of the clerks broke off the bonnet handle. He simply snapped it off and didn’t offer a free replacement. I bought a replacment handle and thought, alright, should you replace the handle for free. Another guy came to me and assured that its gonna be a FREE replacement. 2 weeks later, when the part arrived, I took it to them and ask them to install it for me. Job done, asked £40 for the job! I argued with them, responded with “I never said it’s gonna be a free job. If you pull the handle, it would be broken on you too. Why didn’t you tell me that’s a weak point??” Trust me, had the car for years and pulled that handle many times with care, never failed. These people are some cheeky frauds full of arrogance. If you dont want to carry a recorder when having your MOT service, avoid!
Any car I ever have or friends that ask for a recommendation will be sent to Mark at BWL Motors 100%. A total gentleman that accommodated me in at very short notice, an absolute pleasure to deal with. He has no hidden agenda and tells you the absolute truth from the second you arrive. I use BWL MOT Centre three times a year for my cars. I was there today and I have to say they always provide a great service.
MOT only centre so I am always confident that any advisory or failure is genuine and if the cars pass that they are safe.
Nice, friendly car people, even had a quick chat about my old 'classic' car (even though they very busy) as he had a similar one in the past.

Great, professional service. I arrived at the allocated time and was extremely apologetic that he was delayed so I went for a walk and when I came back he explained that the car in before was very bad with 17 failures and was typing the list up.
They are thorough and I am confident my cars are safe on the roads. I maintain my cars myself and check them over during the year but if anything was amiss it would be picked up.
I cannot express how honest this business is.

Fantastic garage, I have used them for many years. I always have my MOT done here and if it fails get the repairs done here as well. Nice friendly chaps and very reasonably priced..I don't feel they over charge and don't do unnecessary things. A good place for ladies to take their cars ☺️
