A friend recommended the garage to me as the quality and knowledge was second to none, my car was a non-starter but Barry and another mechanic came to where i live started the car and took it for service and MOT.. I had recently recovered my car from abroad so it was in need of some TLC Slow puncture on front and rear spring broken at the back, other necessary things were carried out, but I was informed of what was needed at all times. These gentlemen are a credit to their business, polite,informative and reliable. I will not hesitate in using them again or recommending them to other potential customers.
I had a suspension spring that had snapped and fouled the wheel. They came out, cut the spring and took the car back to the workshop. Replaced both springs (as the other side was on its way too), brake pads and removed seized lock nuts from the wheels.
Amazing service, I had the car back just over a day later, their work is top class, and reasonably priced too. My family won't go anywhere else.

Best mechanic in Clacton! 100% trustworthy, honest and reliable - especially being a young female you hear stories and worry that you might be taken advantage of, but I trust these guys completely! I started using them several years ago when my normal mechanic couldn’t fit me in, which turned out to be a blessing in disguise. I wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else now! I take my car in for a full service 1-2x a year and they only ever charge me for what actually needs doing. They also are very reasonably priced, cheaper than a lot of other places by miles. Several times I’ve rung up with fault codes and other issues and they always let me go straight in to sort it for me. They also fixed my ABS a few years back at a third of the price the manufacturer wanted. Couldn’t recommend more, especially to other women who want somewhere trustworthy!
Absolutely the best garage I have been too in Clacton, went in October last year for a starter motor on my x3 and then had the work done for the mot on Friday last week. Went in before 9am and by half 4 I was picking it up. Great service and really happy to have found such a great garage and the blocks in there are a laugh too. I could not fault this service one bit. Great price too and no messing about.
Always have a great experience with this garage and won’t use anywhere else now. My car broke down around 4pm one evening and they collected it next day and repaired within 24hrs of break down at such short notice. They’re also great at giving you an idea of the problem and reassuring you it can be sorted easily. A PROPER garage that do not rip off women as a lot of other do in Clacton. Thank you so much!
These guys are in a league of there own, I rang them at 8:15 and they booked me in straight away and when I got there they rearranged there working schedule to get my car done within the hour because I needed to get back home to bed after finishing a night shift, dropped car off at 08:30 and car was done by 09:30, and the price was so good I gave them a drink on top, top class fella’s I know where I’m going next time with my car, cheers chaps ????????
Have used this garage a few times recently as began to not trust a different one I was using. They seem extremely genuine, they definitely do not rip you off, and tell you the truth about what is wrong with the car. Very nice owner and staff, helpful & friendly. Would definitely recommend ????
