Dr Shabnam is ace the best dentist I've ever been to.Now normally in the past I kept going to male dentists.Then the male dentist left and I got Dr Shabnam automatically and I was hesitant reluctant as I never had a female dentist before turns out she was much better than da previous dentist who didn't do a very good job on my crown it was fitted a little loose.Dr Shabnam sorted that out and the crown has been solid for a good few years I can't remember exact date but mayb since 2007.Very polite.Definitely wouldn't want to change dentists now.Like many others I don't particularly look forward to a dentist appointment however Dr Shabnam is careful and gentle unlike da male dentists from da past that were a bit rough wiv the drill machine(i don't no proper name 4 it so I'll call it that)sumtimes.
Went this morning for an emergency appointment. The dentist was amazing and so were the rest of the team. The reception were professional and welcoming and the dentist herself completed my extraction at the perfect pace and with very little pain considering. Thank you so much
I’ve been with this dentist for years and can say they’re one of the best I’ve used. All their staff are down to Earth and fantastic with patients.
I suffer from crippling fear of dentists, and used to be referred for sedation to specialist clinics with any major treatments. The dentist who saw me this month was amazing at putting me at ease. He talked me through everything he was doing, and gave me the options on how the appointment went and what tools he used etc. I ended up having the treatment there and then, rather than waiting months for a sedation appointment at a specialist clinic.
I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment for the first time in years, and feel like I might have come some way to getting over my phobia!
there seems little point in reviewing NHS dentists as finding one is so hard, that any ensuing butchery is tolerable, so long as it keeps you alive (one of my friends recently died because she couldn't access dental care).
However, if i could recommend dentists, then this is one i would recommend . my dentist is patient, is brilliant with consent, is reassuring and goes at your pace. Yes, it is still a place where you go and get tortured, but torture isn't so bad when you are considered as a human being, it turns out.
i'm leaving a review more for the practitioners themselves than the customers, to be honest. no one gets to choose these days. i feel I've won a dental lottery.
I take my 2 daughters - age 7 and 5 here and the dentist we see is very friendly. He makes the whole dentist experience a very pleasant and humorous one! My daughters now love going to the dentist
Polite, well-mannered receptionists. The dentist was incredibly friendly and reassuring about the treatments. I was recommended this dentist by friends, and I was not disappointed with the service.
What a lovely experience I had today. The receptionist was so friendly and considerate of my disability and went out of her way to ensure I was as comfy as possible. The dentist was new to me as I am such a dentist phobic person. He was friendly, funny and I was so relaxed, I felt I could almost fall asleep. He was also thorough and told me what I needed to do rather than just doing the bare minimal. Very impressed. Thanks
I have been to see Dr Shabnam twice. She is amazing at what she does. Very kind and has the gentlest voice and touch ! Noone likes going to the dentist but Dr Shabnam made me feel at ease straight away and has been a life saver for me during this pandemic. The surgery staff have been so good to me and deserve a pat on the back for everything they are doing. Thank you to the whole team at Dr Azams clinic from clinicians to admin you are doing a wonderful job. A special thank you to Dr Shabnam and Shila for the fabulous service I got today , May you go from strength to strength and continue to provide such a fantastic service.
