I used to have good experience with this garage. However, my latest experience was horrible. I handed over my VW Polo to them due to issues with the Engine Oil warning light showing after driving for a while. The car stayed in the garage for a couple of days, and I was told it needed an oil pump changing, thermostat changing and some work with the coolant. They told me they couldn't do the oil pump and advised me to get the car to a VW specialist. Fair enough, I told them to fix what they could and that I would take the car after that to someone who could fix or replace the oil pump. However, I will regret doing that for the whole of my life! On my way home from the garage, within a few miles, I noted white smoke coming from under the bonnet! I called them, and they advised it was likely some water evaporated as they also did some work with the coolant! However, when I drove to a VW mechanic, they discovered the engine was gone! The engine was running without a coolant as it did not reach the engine! Also, the thermostat was not appropriately connected; hence, the engine temperature was not right! In the end, I needed to scrap my car! What an absolute waste of time and money! I would never recommend this garage again, especially if you have a German car!
Booked through EuroCarParts who over quoted for the labour, which I was going to pay. It was the mechanic who highlighted the error to me and reduced the labour by around £80. Incredibly honest man, deserves all the custom he gets. Will be back and will recommend to friends and family.
How can you pass a vehicle MOT with out checking seat belt buckles, if the buckles are not working it should mentioned in MOT (minor advisory ) but you never mentioned it. So its clear.

The car given for you to performed MOT was a trader and it s a Nissan note 1.4se 2007 model, so never claim a person named (me) was not your customer, if you have any doubts in this i will send you the MOT number and other details

Honestly the guys were spot on from start to finish. Took my car in earlier than it was suppose to be as I needed it quicker. Changed my starter and had the car back to me in a few hours. Cracking lads, cheers man
We were relocating back to uk after having spend 2years overseas, we have a 07 peugeot 307 which has been parked in our garage and had not been driven past 2 years. after extensive searching online for car companies we came across awan auto tec, read all their reviews and decided we would send the car to them. Called and was greeted by Mr Malik, arranged for the car to be towed to him, told him we needed the car in 4 days time as thats when we will be landing in uk. the next day we got a call from him and he gave us an extensive detail of what needed to be changed and the different parts prices and gave us the freedom to select what we wanted. absolutely no pressure and we felt really at easy to know that we was not getting ripped off. he changed only the parts that needed changing and nothing more. we gave him the go ahead. 2 days later we arranged to collect the car, 1000% satisfied. drives so well, absolutely no complains whatsoever. from start to finsh, it was a very pleasant experience, we felt really comfortable with Mr Malik and team, Mr Malik if you are reading this, i wanna say job very well done and you have yourself a customer for life! highly recommended. Had front pads & discs fitted through Eurocarparts. Parts ordered, delivered, appointment booked and parts fitted as arranged. Everyone at the garage were friendly, efficient and polite.
