Irresponsible and unprofessional experience.
We told him the car issue about belt off one week ago and we would urgently need the car for our wedding a week and a half later.
For four days, he didn’t pick up the phone or email and only two times send some excuse text for his personal issue and delivery issue (even though we already fixed the delivery issue and couldn’t contact him).
He didn’t want to answer any questions for car status. Even when I went to his shop twice, he was closed and my car was left outside the shop.
When we took the car today to a different mechanic, he laughed and said he doesn’t need to chase some money. He didn’t apologize and made more excuses that he didn’t get any phone today call when we decided to give someone.
We took the car to another mechanical and then they fixed it in only an hour!
Please answer your phone and not always direct it to your voicemail.

Had an issue with my Jaguar E-Pace 68 plate. Looked around for a reliable, good business to help with my cars issues. After having my car spending more time in a well known chain garage than on the road, I was recommended by a turbo specialist to get a proper diagnostic check. Can't fault the service from start to finish. Price was cheaper than I expected and car repaired quicker than I thought too. Even came back super clean, bonus! Would definitely recommend in future and wouldn't hesitate to use again
Took my car in to get an mot and any work doing to it that needed doing. The timing was perfect for me whilst I was at work, the price was really good and the only repair that needed doing was done for an amazing price. Trying to find some negatives about this garage but the last 5 or 6 times I've used it I'm really strugglingto fund one. In my opinion it's the best garage on Mansfield. Really can't complain and that's from over 7 years of use.

I was really impressed with Rob at AutoFix who recently investigated an electrical wiring issue with my Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV following an MOT failure. He sorted the problem with minimal fuss and cost after a lot of investigation and saved a considerable amount against the main dealer potential costs.
I will be using them again. Highly recommended for Hybrid and electric car expertise.
I've had a few repairs done by Rob at Autofix, each time the work was done quickly and to a very high standard.
I had a battery problem and my car wouldn't start one day, I called Rob, and luckily he was able come out within minutes to get my car going again, he didn't charge for it either. Also I mentioned to him while my car was in for repair, that my rear lights would work, even after checking the bulbs. He took the time to check it out and get them working again, also at no extra charge. So clearly nothing is too much trouble for him. Thanks for everything Rob.
