Great service and very nice people to deal with. Got back from cruise and spring had gone. Car could not be moved. Believed I was covered with AA but told was not and £700+ to get towed back to South Wales. AA helped us to the garage who squeezed it in and fixed it same day, saving us an extra trip to Southampton. Would definitely use if I lived locally. Thanks Jason

Very pleased with the service I received every time I've been to this garage. They have been great liaising with my car warranty saving me alot. Pricing is reasonable and the service is reliable and honest. Only negative for me is it's out of my local area (I'm Eastleigh way) and there's no direct public transport there .. that's not their fault though. :) Even so it's my chosen garage anytime my car needs a repair/service. Fully recommend!

Very bad service. My car problem still not fixed. Relactants to see it after booking 2 appointments and each time say reschedule. Besides the lady at the reception is unprofessional at all.
When saying to a customer, talk to me I am the boss here, don't talk to anyone else, that is what called rude. You don't know how to respect your customers.
For the ladies opinion, I don't care, they did not know my whole story since November with you.

Had major problems getting a back exhaust box for my picasso ,these guys got one and fitted it within several hours when other garages told me a week .great service. Will use them again .
