I had Auto Aid recommended to me by a friend of my sons, I took my car in for the rear axle bushes replacing and can't fault the service or price. Scott is a great guy and made me feel I was a valued customer. I will definitely go to Auto Aid again and would recommend them to anyone, I can certainly see why they are they are the only garage in my local area with a full five star review rating.
I can't say its ever a pleasure taking any car to the garage but auto aid definitely make it easier! Always great work carried out for a great price no matter the job. This time around the car was throwing up fault lights for the brake pads etc. I booked it in expecting them all to need work and parts but it turned out to be a faulty wire that cost next to nothing.
Any other garage would have taken full advantage and carried out the work regardless.
We will no longer use anyone else in the area.

Took a policy out with aitoaid on 12.10.23.
Previously with LV but went with Aitoaid as cheaper ( £64.00 v £95.00 )
Recent drive to Peak district for a walk and parked join official layby. Unfortunately the heavy rain had created a deep culvert and both front drive wheels got stuck there and unable to reverse. All the car needed was a minor toe out so the wheels could gripnagain.
Called Aitoaid and after waiting on the mobile listening to music for 5 minutes they informed me I would need to pay £25.00 ( car over 10 yrs old-not pointed out on opening the policy ) plus £49.99 deposit in case specialist removal gear replied ( this would be refunded if not required)
This was not what I needed next to a car stuck in a rut on a cold dark windswept Derbyshire moor. Bit annoyed by now and getting nowhere and colder so rung off. In the end I got a friend to tow me out of the culvert- took 5 minutes,
Moral of this story - pay a bit more and get a reliable breakdown company that will sort you breakdown efficiently with no extra costs.
I cancelled the policy.
Scott is a Top guy. Quality service, great prices. Reminds me of a film, oh that's it I'll be back ????
