Rang through to check stock on an emergency 111 prescription for my diabetes. Initial staff that picked up were short and abrupt and spoke to me as though I'd never called a pharmacy up before. Called me back when the pharmacist was ready. Pharmacist then tells me the item that I am requesting, which is on my repeat prescription under medical exemption, needs to be paid for. This is completely untrue and a quick google of this from the NHS website says that if you do not pay for your prescription normally, then you are not charged for your emergency supply. I informed the pharmacist of this, and the reply was "this is not how we do things here". I then changed the referral to a different pharmacy who couldn't have been more helpful and confirmed I wouldn't pay with my medical exemption certificate. Avoid Audley Pharmacy at all costs.
The worst pharmacy in the center of London, doesn’t correspond to the Mayfair, because there is no service and no respect for the customers , they sell fraudulent items. Keep in mind that the product you bought will never change even if you have not opened it. It's a shame that this happened in the prestigious Mayfair!

Great for essentials - OTC and prescription medicines. Nice but limited selection of make up / skincare. Friendly service and helpful suggestions for OTC medication.
