I was very impressed by the speed and efficiency with which the pharmacy was able to get quickly a medication which I had carelessly failed to order in time to ensure that I could carry on taking it - (I think only for the second time!) - thanks to the doctor in the Medical Centre and to the Pharmacy my medication arrived within a day and a friend was able to collect it for me. Many thanks for your help! I am most grateful.

I just woke up the ???? vaccination injections gave me the weirdest dream. So I've come on here to check what I had again as i forgot and seen you asked for a review im an honest person so heres your review. My arm isn't hurting as much now if I touch it it does I didn't feel the first one as such but the second one i did feel it thanks for my plaster and I appreciate the advice given hope you have an awesome Christmas ????????????☃️ and New year ????
I can't believe how filthy and dirty this establishment is , I understand that they are busy but that is no excuse for not cleaning the site,the place absolutely stinks and the attitude from the people behind the counter stinks even more they look at you as though you are scum but welcome drug addicts who want a fix with open arms ,I don't expect the red carpet rolled out for me when I walk in but a little bit of common decency wouldn't hurt,I will be changing my pharmacy now even if I have to walk 200 miles to pick up my prescription absolute horrendous place the NHS need to look into this

Appalling GP practice. I wouldn't know about a GP appointment....you can't get past the evil receptionist "Val". Apparently she is a GP and knows best and tells you to go to City Hospital walk in centre or Boots. I am supposed to have bloods at least twice a year for heart and thyroid. The last time I went and I didn't want an appointment, the GP rang me to go in. He sat there stroking my hand and asking about my personal life! Nothing to do with the tablets I rang about??!! I was in his room approximately 25minutes with him wanting to know everything about me, personal stuff and stroking my hand.
To pic up prescriptions takes over 30 minutes and they should be packed before I came to pic it up. So slow!!!!!!

Absolutely awful pharmacy with rude staff who whisper under their breath in your presence.
Generally pharmacists here look down their nose at you and make no effort to be friendly. As a person who collects a lot of medications, this is discouraging.
They never call or text to say when pharmaceuticals are in stock for collection. Rudely call out the reason you are exempt from paying in front of the whole shop. When I said I’d prefer it if they didn’t call it out in front of the whole shop they basically said it was my fault for feeling that way.
Besides that, they take several minutes to prepare prescriptions. Unfortunately all chemists in the area seem to be just as incompetent. It shouldn’t be an ordeal to respect someone’s wishes. I was incredibly offended when they kept calling out the reason for my exemption in front of the whole shop.
Your economic circumstances are none of my business so why make my economic circumstances yours.
Since I wrote the above, they have called out the reason for my exemption again. They do not take complaints seriously and are generally rude and unaccommodating.
Recently it has taken around 20 minutes for them to get my medicine. There are usually 10 people in the shop at a time. Staff are not friendly and the shelves look like they have remained untouched since the 1990s.
Once I had to come back to the pharmacy three times in one week in order to get my medicine. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone.
It is easy to blame those on the front line for a system that seems to be struggling but I have to say there are some things this pharmacy is doing well.
Ordering my repeats has improved.
The calls are answered quickly and very politely.
There are deffinatly things that could be done better but much of it requires better communication from the surgeries so is out of their hands.
I give them four stars as I am getting text alerts for when my meds are ready and feel they try hard to do what they can with what they are working with.
I hope they read some of these reviews and it helps them improve further.
