10/10 Really lovely staff and delicious brekkie that was HOT and fresh!! Didn't have time for an ice cream, so definitely looking forward to going back to try as they looked fab! Lots of flavours to choose from. Would be good to have a Veggie option on the breakfast menu though :).
Simply delicious fish and chips,the batter so light and tasty chips cooked to perfection.Very generous portions sizes. The lunch time Special's between 12-4 pm are fantastic value not only on the fish and chips but a range of meals. If all that isn't enough next door they have an Ice cream parlour with a great range of Mario's Welsh ice cream,so many flavour's to choose from. Take your food down to the Harbour to eat so you can enjoy the lovely views, alfresco dining at it's best.
Went to get 5 fish and 3 chips and charged for, when getting back to pembrey country park we only had 4 fish and 3 chips, not good customer service at all, as was told 3 times the order. Won't be going back
Absolutely EXCELLENT chips. Lovely crisp batter too.
2023 Update:-
These are the very best chips of any chippy that I have ever experienced. They are the only ones that are constantly better than my own homecooked.
The staff could have been more welcoming.
Friends of mine didn’t like the chips as they were just rubbish.
If you have a dietary requirements I would recommend not going unless you like jacket potato.
Avoid avoid , gravy is more vinegar than gravy ,chips are raw ,stale bread , weird taste to fish , , waste of money , we put ours in bin ????
Nicest fish n chips I've had for ages. Freshly cooked to order and just how chip shop food should be. Service decent too. Brilliant for a fiver
Chips were good... Cod? 2 pieces of freshly overfried very flat fish. Order called (we had to wait outside) as 2 fish and large chips... Made me wonder if the cod I ordered was in fact cod or just "fish".
