Called up first thing on a weekend, had no problem checking the car over. Kieron and the team were incredibly helpful with fixing the car and giving me advice moving forward. 10/10 service.
I asked Alan to source me an Audi q3 for my wife (and toddler) a few years ago.
Came to part ex it recently and discovered it was a category S (insurance write off) and I’d paid double what it cost to buy at the time of purchase.
I asked Alan if he’d purchase it off me and he said, No as he had too much stock.
I felt sick to learn my wife and toddler have been driving around in a car of questionable safety and I’ve been conned out of thousands of pounds.
My car was taken here by the AA for a faulty exhaust valve. Repair work completed on a really quick turn around. Thank you Alan and team. Would highly recommend.to others.

The suspension spring suddenly broke on our campervan in Tinagel. 4 hours from home this put us in a compromising position, also as it was Bank Holiday Monday. We called Alan at Atlantic Motor Services, out of hours, on the off chance to see if we got recovered in whether he was able to repair, instead of us being recovered home on the back of a lorry. Alan offered to help! Our recovery truck took us there at 3pm on Bank Holiday Monday and by 11.50am on Tuesday Alan and his team had fully repaired our vans suspension allowing us to continue our tour of Cornwall. Exceptional service and highly accommodating.
We stayed at Chandlers Lodge B&B only a 10 minute walk from Atlantic Motor Services who were also hyper accommodating, and highly worth a stay if you find yourself in the same position.
