Best place best help never had an issue staff always ready to help,yes they get busy and yes you may have to wait but with only a couple of pharmacists patience doesn't cost a lot for good service in my opinion!
I spent an hour waiting for my prescription to be carried out. When after one hour wait was explained to wait "a bit more" I just bursted! So many headless people are loitering behind, without any result. It is monopolist on the street, therefore playing with the nerves of the people. Luckily not the only pharmacy around! Thanks God there is the non-stop BOOTS nearby!
I have called the pharmacy more than 5 times today and they do not answer the phone. I noticed before when I was in there they just let the phone ring and ignore it. I feel it is under new ownership as the staff have changed and dont seem to know what they are doing.
The staff are wonderful and do everything possible to help and make life a little less complicated.
Bed customer service, I ordered my prescription waiting half an hour for medicine. Later they said , at moment they don’t have those medicines.
I've been using this chemist for nearly 22yrs and although I don't live near it anymore I was making the effort to drive over for my prescriptions. This chemist is open from 9am and is open until late week days 7pm, another reason I like this chemist. There has been a change of staff at this chemist over the last few months and not for the better. I popped into this chemist on Monday this week only to hear the on duty pharmacist talking about a customer which happened to be me to another colleague. I will not be going back to this chemist, very sad informed my GP to send my prescriptions to a different pharmacy today.
