I am a repeat customer and love my hair each time I go. During my latest visit to the salon Laura gave me a haircut and balayage and was able to do a perfect job just by talking with me and finding pictures to help me choose the color I wanted and once I chose it she was able to copy it. She was also very friendly and ensured I was comfortable and ok with everything. I highly recommend this salon.
I can't recommend them enough, especially my incredible hair stylist Nicki! She always works her magic, giving me the most amazing blowouts and making me feel like a true beauty for all my special events. Her attention to detail and skillful techniques never cease to impress me. I took my 77 year old Godmother to Ashley Taylor today for haircuts. Josephine was our stylist and Briana was the receptionist. Josephine has found 2 new customers as we were very pleased with the outcomes. Not only is she a very experienced stylist, she also has great customer service skills and we would highly recommend her!! I must also commend the entire staff at this salon. Upon leaving, my Godmother’s car stalled and would not start. The staff and customers came out to try to help jumpstart the car!! I will never forget their kindness. So, not only does this salon give great haircuts, blowouts, dye jobs, etc., they care about their customers. THANK YIU SO MUCH TO ALL OF THEM!!

I never get any makeup services from anywhere but for Prom I came here to get makeup and hair done!. Daria did an excellent job doing the hairstyle that I asked her as well as the makeup she did was excellent! She takes the time to listen and understand the concerns AND accomodates changes in the makeup look such as I did not want a neutral look and asked her to use the eye shadows I had etc. ALL in ALL, excellent hairstylist and makeup artist to book for your next big occasion. I will be going there again for my next party makeup/hair to DARIA.

But let me just start by saying that entering this establishment for the first time was an absolute pleasure. The ladies working were some of the nicest people that I’ve encountered in a very long time. I walked in on a Friday afternoon with no wait time I was immediately seated, Josephine is the prime reason for this review for she was one of the best stylist I have seen on Staten Island. Don’t be discouraged by a “salon” to get a fresh and clean men’s haircut.
I've been coming here for around 5 years and see Nezha. She is very sweet and always does a beautiful job on my hair. The shampoo girls are nice and give relaxing washes. The salon is clean and offers light refreshments. Prices are very good for Staten Island and the quality of work.
I visited Ashley Taylor for the first time today it was one of the best salon experiences I’ve had. The salon is very clean, everyone wore masks and social distancing was in place. The stylist who did my balayage and hair cut (Krisejoy) was able to do my hair even better than the photo I showed her. I would HIGHLY recommend this salon not only for the great service they provided but also for the warm and helpful staff. I will definitely be returning!
I’m honestly so sad with my hair. It supposed to be blonde .. It’s now orange , i was told that it was supposed to lighten up but it hasn’t . I gave it a chance and it didn’t work.. it’s been 2 weeks and i’m so disappointed! My Hairdresser Was Daria. Definitely won’t be back again with this poor service.
