Very good when I called to get my flue and Covid jabs
We have been using this pharmacy for many years and always had excellent service but in the last year or so the service and efficiency of staff has declined. I believe it may have changed hands as the entire staff group seem different. Prescription Medications are never ordered on time and the attitude is abrupt and rude. Seemingly, because my husband didn’t collect his meds on the same day they came in, they didn’t order the extended prescription as they believed he didn’t want them - all 7 items have been on ongoing prescription for 14 years! So not quite sure if the logic behind that. My prescription was due on 1 May but with the bank holiday and because I had a few remaining o didn’t go until this morning to collect mine. No prescription with the excuse that the GP hadn’t sent it. I contacted the GP and they didn’t receive the request until after I had been to collect my prescription - so ordered a week late from the pharmacy! It’s really disappointing when a service that has always been so efficient is so badly affected by a change of hands and new staff, who clearly have had no customer service training
Today I had the very best service from the team of three who were giving the Covid booster vacination. Friendly and efficient despite some people who would drive anyone insane especally as if you had had the first 2 jabs it should not be a surprise as to what should be expected. Thanks for demonstating how good customer service should be conducted.
Wanted to get a bp test and they saw me straight away. Really helpful and there was a private consulting room.

I've been using this pharmacy for years, the staff are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and even remember you and your prescription. You don't get service like this in many businesses, especially one as busy at a pharmacy is anymore! I wouldn't go anywhere else!
