ASE Solicitors helped me in purchasing my first home with my family. As a first time buyer you can imagine how daunting and stressful this can be. With the help of the solicitors, Farhana and Shuhel they made this process quick and easy. They were always there in hand to help with my queries and gave me alot of advice along the way and were patient with me. They didn’t just sit there and let me do the heavy work, they constantly phoned me with updates and helped me move forward with what i needed to do, and throughly explained all the legal side of the process so i knew exactly the pros and cons were. I have they keys to a home for my family now and its thanks to them with the help they provided, highly recommend you take up their services as you wont regret it.

No win No fee dats what it means it cover you by insurance policy
No one works for free in the uk they will tack a insurance policy to pay there fees if you move your case to a new laws they will look for that so be careful

Terrible Experience which has led to nothing but a disaster of my case due to the unexperienced and lack of service provided by this firm. Unexperienced case handlers who do not keep the client updated - i chased on a regular basis but they have wasted my time so much and did not keep me updated on my case which has now led to my 3 years coming to an end. I do not recommend anyone to use this firm - very unprofessional and unexperienced and waste your time.
Main points that caused issues:
1) Messed up my case
2) Didnt work on my case properly, wasted time which led to alot of complications in my case - took the firm nearly 3 years within this time they did not even issue the court proceedings as they did not even realise due to them sitting on the case and not proceeding with any actions.
3) A Trainee Solictor has been assigned working on the case who had not been keeping me updated about anything - infact everytime i called to chase he had not update to give me. No senior was overlooking this case and the case was just left - now 3 years is coming to an end. Very BADLY HANDLED AND MANAGED.
4) When case went into Dispute (has been for last 2 years) they should of realised that the case is in massive dispute and 3rd party is not agreeing - the case should of then been forwarded to a barrister for the next stage process/action.
But as the firm was careless and unprofessional with lack of experience they failed to do this.
I have now taken back from this firm.
I am now struggling to find a solicotor to handle my case due to the time limit of nearly 3 years ending in January 2021.
This firm has caused a massive loss to me as it was a win case but they tottally handled it in a disaster way:..
I have heard of many others who have had terrible experience with this firm and had reporter which led to investigations which are being carried out currently on this firm for the similar reasons for other cases.

A S Excellence handled my property buying process, They explained the whole process to me and kept us informed regularly and managed to finished the whole thing which wasn't a straight forward case in a timely matter. Highly recommended

This firm recruits family members who are untrained and uses them for their benefit!
They are unreliable, untrustworthy and unhelpful
I went to seek help on an immigration matter and took with me my friend seeking help on a personal injury matter.
We were heavily disappointed and shocked at their non professionalism
The team spoke in their mother tongue in front of their customers.
I learned that Solicitor Umerana and Farahana are sisters. Hence no discipline between them. Umerana walk around like a sergeant!
I sat in the office and it smelt awful! It smelt like indian curry and fish
we should write a blog on the latest joke in town.
Prices are very high, they don't update clients and regularly push for reviews!
Not recommended!
Their response time is excellent and all members of staff were very informative and helpful. I will definitely recommend these Solicitors to others.
