I did my hair with the owner Christy because I saw a good review with her and even though my hair did turn out good, it was not what I had asked for. I had asked for a bright red and she decided to not tell me that she wasn’t going to do that color and she did a lighter red that blends in with my natural hair color. The only reason she told me she wasn’t doing the color I asked for was because I said it didn’t look like the color I wanted and she finally decided to tell me that she doesn’t do bright reds. If she would of told me from the beginning I would of understood, but I went my whole appointment without knowing she wasn’t going to give me what I wanted. If you go to her make sure you ask her if she will be doing what you want not what she wants because nothing feels worst than paying for something that you didn’t even want! The first picture is what I wanted and the second is what I got. BIG difference.
Went here just to get a simple hair cut. The lady was rude!! I told her I wanted a certain length... Her response..... "No." Like really? This is my hair. Then I get home and it was like she used those scissors kids use.. The squiggly ones. It's horrible. $20 for a hair I could have let my 17 year old niece do for free!!! Never again will I go here.. NEVER!!!!
I've been seeing Christy for almost 18 years. Even though I moved to Plano, she's worth the trip. A couple times I've tried soneone locally and regretted it and went back. She's that AWESOME! She does my highlights, lowlights and haircuts. Thank you Christy for all the great looks you've given me. I'll see you later today.
I went in there was just one lady there. My aunt got her hair cut first then i went. 2 ladies came in while i was in chair. She hurried up & finished my hair so she can get to the next 2. I came home to find out my hair was all messed up. My lines didnt even match up. I had to calk my cousin over to do it right..... I will NEVER go there again.
Christi works magic with my hair and her prices are so very reasonable. She is very talented and I recommend her to anyone wanting a high dollar style without the high dollar price!
I ALWAYS love my haircut and people are constantly asking me who does my cut and color. Christy is fabulous.
The lady didn't even ask me what I wanted and started cutting. When it came to cutting the top, she chopped so much hair leaving me with a haircut I didn't even want. I felt like I paid them to look ugly. So unprofessional!!
