Arrow Frame is a very down to earth environment with lots of hospitality coming from the staff and garage crew. These people will treat you with respect and treat you with fairness. I had a crashed truck restored, and Arrow Frame did an amazing job at it.
The owner was very friendly and they treated me right throughout the entire process. Fair pricing too.
Every time that I call this place they tell me that they cannot do me in because they are 2 or 3 weeks behind every time I have ever called them. The one time I did have work done, they had my truck for 2 weeks to do a simple wheel bearing that they told me I could not do, they told me they would have to do it, I took my part and the truck home and out the wheel bearing in the truck in under 1 hour with basic home tools.
This place is a joke.
