Great place to go. Friendly staff. I've never had to go to an auto body shop before for my own vehicle, but have seen some bad stuff done before.. This was a great place. I was slightly worried about the front end of my vehicle because it's a newer car and the front end camera sensors; i was afraid it would be messed up. (The bumper was cracked/needed replaced) all was good and great job with the paint and just everything in general. I made my boyfriend check it out before we took it since he's a big vehicle expert. Also, they might do this at other auto body shops, but they even took the time to detail the inside of my car. I was not expecting that or else I would have taken my back seat closet out. Haha. Anyways, Thank you! ????
I was in to get an estimate for damage, to my car, due to an accident. The people were polite and helpful. The estimate was written up and sent to the insurance company and a date was scheduled for me to bring my car in. Very high level of professionalism
Very poor experience with them. Car needed work, I was quoted a 14 business day lead time up front. I made plans to make sure I was covered for transportation for that length of time plus a few extra days. Then I was informed later they didn't have all the parts and had no way of knowing when they would come in. I understand supply chain issues as I work in sales myself, but to quote someone a hard lead time without checking with your supplier and verifying you can meet the deadline is extremely poor business practice. I would have made longer term arrangements had I know this upfront so I didn't have to scramble last minute. I wouldn't have been upset about the lead time if it was made known to me up front. I would hope in the future they don't make this mistake with prospective customers.
Great experience. They were able to get me an appointment quickly and easily right after the pandemic hit. There was also an issue with my hood not closing correctly after I got the car back and the appointment to have the latch adjusted was just as quick and painless. They do beautiful work, you would never guess a deer and I went head to head.
My car was given back to me after 5 days... Great turn around time, however the paint did not match at all. I was willing to work with them. I wanted to let them make it right like mark stated they would do initially after I noticed the first problem. However mark completely changed his attitude an approach on everything. Shortly after I pointed out a 2nd imperfection in the paint. I was accused of making false claims, simply because I’m not happy with the work that was performed on my car. Was not rude about anything, the entire time I spoke to everyone I praised the work that they have done as a reoccurring customer. Yet I get spoke to like I’m asking them to replace every panel on my vehicle. I simply wanted things to be fixed like it was before the accident nothing more nothing less. I work as a detailer and Im well aware painting is a very hard task an often has blemishes. I was talked down to as well as accused and questioned as if I lied about the claim. Because they didn’t see more evidence of what I hit 3 weeks after the incident happened. I drove 100 miles a day for 2 weeks until they could get me into the shop rather then take my business elsewhere. Not sure how much I’d trust Mark after he stated in text, that Arone auto body charged my insurance company more then they should’ve. Then wants to accuse me of filing a false claim.. All because I wasn’t happy with the way my vehicle came out, I messaged him directly from the start to state I’m not happy with it.
I worked closely with Greg at Arone Auto Body to get my car back up and running after I struck a deer. Not only did they make the car look as good as new, but the level of customer service I received was unprecedented. There were several manufacturer-related issues that needed to be delt with and Greg handled each one with as little disruption to me as possible. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Highly recommend!
A deer sideswiped my car not one but twice on the same side, I got my car back the first time, it looked really good a week later I sideswiped another deer...After they were done with it you couldn't even tell there was any damage to begin with. Thank you!
I will only take my vehicles to Frank Arone and his crew! If you want it done like a factory new look this is the place. I have taken three vehicles to them and each time I was super impressed with the results. All the jobs were paid for by the insurance company so the charge to me seemed fair. I plan on having them do a restoration for me someday.
