I have to apologise to the lovely staff in Arnold's I was a bit rude today as was in a hurry had to pay for my prescription but wasn't the staffs fault I had to hurry home had a few commitments but shouldn't of been rude as you lovely staff and always helpful
As a visitor on holiday who found out my prescription had been changed they explained how I could get it transferred from my local chemist to the themselves. Once I had done this they quickly filled my prescription. I had to return once more for a couple of extra tablets. On the 3 occasions I visited I was treated to exceptional service from both the counter staff and the pharmacists, I witnessed this level of service given to every customer who was in at the same time as me. Thank you so much for your help and keep up the good work
First Class Pharmacy, efficient friendly and helpful staff with an excellent choice of items as welll as a great dispensing service. Their prices are very, reasonable too. To the person who gave them a 1 star review because there is a minimum £5 charge to make a card payment I would like to point out that the card service provider will charge a percentage of the sale to accept a card and there is also an ATM right by the entrance. I use them in preference to major chains of chemists nearby.

My mother needed an urgent change of medicine and her District Nurse suggested it be sent to Arnold’s as it was nearer to us than the pharmacist she normally uses. Well, the prescription was sent to them yesterday afternoon and was delivered to our door at 12.30 today by a charming young delivery driver. (our normal pharmacy takes at least a week to deliver them). I will be getting my mother’s surgery to have her monthly prescription handled by Arnold’s in future. Also, the two people I spoke to on the phone at Arnold’s were so friendly and helpful.

Unhelpful and ambivalent, not being a resident of Westward Ho we appreciate that any chemist will not dispense a prescription until you let them know that you are in the area.
We always phone our “nominated pharmacy”, to confirm that we are indeed, in the area.
No matter, even when you contact them and ask when you can pick up your prescription? It is NEVER ready as promised.
Must try harder.
Customer service is excellent, very friendly. Our family has been very impressed with the attention given to our prescriptions.
