Good people. Fast and fair.
I called the other cab company which states 24 hours on the website first call no answer second call sent to voice mail. Called this company picked up on the first ring was at my home in less than 10 minutes. Friendly convo arrived promptly at my destination. Will use this service again if needed.
He is friendly and fast, when he wants to be, other times he says he will be there in a minute but you wait for almost an hour then he calls and says he cant make it. Cussing way touch yelling at other drivers, but then again who doesnt have road rage and yells and cusses at stupid drivers?
I wish I could give no stars. The guy who answered the phone was completely rude and impatient. I called another cab company simply because of how rude he was.
The other post seem to contradict this so maybe he was having a bad day but none the less I'll never call again.
This was the worst. The driver smelled like body oder, and was a grouch. He complained about dropping me off in a specific location, and his next pick up which was at the Scottish Inn. I felt like I was inconveniencing him by paying him for a ride which is his job! Just call Uber. You'll be glad you did!
Horrible on the phone. Won't give price quotes. Told me he'd come to me in a hurry and waited an hour until I called back to tell me that he wasn't gonna make it. Horrible horrible horrible.
