On holiday 380 miles away from home on holiday when engine warning light came on. Recover guy came out very quickly after a phone call from Jock. Had the car in twice to fix two separate faults, which were done with great expertise. Great staff - would very much recommend.
We got a flat tire in what felt like the middle of no where. They sent out a tow man to recover the car (and us) and drive it 2 hours to Inverness. He was fantastic! We had a great time chatting with him and got the car all sorted no problem!
Picked us up 15 mins before they estimated. They didn't have the correct tyre but ordered and supplied one and I was on my way within 2hrs The price was correct as I have recently purchased 2 .very efficient and courteous.
Excellent service. Came to my breakdown after being called by my breakdown provider (eversure). Checked car at roadside and as expected had to recover me. Despite it being Sunday evening they took me to a garage near my home, nearly 4 hours away. Helpful driver who was happy to give error code and advice on the journey. As it was paid for directly by eversure I can't comment on price but the service was quick, professional and safe.
I was got stuck in the middle of Cairngorms national park with a snapped driveshaft, so I called AA and they assigned Argyll garage to recover me. The platform arrived in about 2 hours, considering the drive was around 1 hour, so I'd say a very good time. I was quickly recovered and brought to the garage, where they assessed the damage and told me exactly what the issue was and how much it is going to cost. As it was a Friday, I had to wait until Monday for the part, but once it got there, they installed it immediately. Gary, the mechanic who worked on the car even skipped his lunch break to fix our car as fast as possible, as we had a long drive to London ahead. There was absolutely no issue after the fix, so I'd definitely recommend Argyll garage for promptitude, great customer service and high quality repairs. Thanks a lot!
I would give the garage 6 stars if I could! Gentleman came out from Huntly (an hours drive away) on a horrible foggy evening and fixed a new battery into my dead Skoda. One very happy customer.
