Very honest shop, extremely nice & helpful employees! My grandmother has been going to this shop & my car broke down so she suggested I take my car here. From start to finish, it was all around a great experience. I thought my alternator was out, turns out it was just a terminal, but really could’ve just replaced that & charged me for the alternator I would have never known, so I am so grateful for their honesty & also thought it would be a couple days without my car but it was done the very next day! I will continue taking my car here in the future for any repairs needed, & you should do the same you won’t regret it! Thank you guys for taking care of us????
I had the most amazing experience at area 51 auto. They are the most affordable and personable team I have ever come across at an auto shop. They took care of my brake job so quick and really made me feel like a valued customer. I highly recommend them for anyone who needs work done on your vehicle, what a great team. Definitely 5 stars and more!!

When I tried to make an appointment with them to diagnose the problem with my Hyundai Tucson 2005 engine, the lady on the phone told me it’ll be a week until they could look at it and I scheduled it no problem. But when I took it up there the day I was scheduled to they called me back within a couple of hours and said they couldn’t diagnose it because the engine is really bad and needed to be replaced. I also asked them to check for the oil leak I already had and they didn’t want to look for it because the engine was already so bad. And then they quoted me a good price for an engine but I waited a week or two to figure out the money and to get another opinion but it turns out my engine was gone for sure. So I gave Area 51 a call back hoping to get that engine but the lady on the phone wanted either the car to be looked at again or the VIN number so I gave her the VIN number and she said she would call me back about a quote and never did. So I finally called back a week later( I was waiting for her to call me back but never did) and she quoted me an outrageous amount. I explained that I was quoted a cheaper quote and she said the parts shop probably had a sale then but not anymore. They are friendly but they do not have the space for many customers to work on their vehicles. Go to Benny’s instead. They were honest and spoke the truth about my car.
Took my car in for AC work. They checked everything that was wrong , gave me a price for the part. I ordered it , dropped it off first thing in the morning , by 3pm it was already done. Now I’m driving with freezing cold AC again thanks to them. They did an amazing job and will go back to them again for any AC problems I have. Everyone in there is friendly and great. Go see Ms.Vicky she will help you out , she’s an amazing person.
These folks are amazing. Honestly only people I trust with my cars. They will tell what needs to be fixed, what can wait, and what needs to be done right now. Good prices, good time on turn around repairs, and actual trust in repairs. They fix it and fix it right the first time. Don’t get ripped off by chapman’s or Benny’s. Call them first and get it fixed!
I dropped my car off for a starter and an oil leak paid $1096.00 to replace starter which was under warranty...added a seal coolant and replaced oil that I supplied..few days later noticed coolant hose was broken from repair..thank God! I saw my temp gage engine overheating..and still leaking oil..had towed in this morning they fixed coolant hose and said there is no oil leak..story to be continued...not happy
Honest and friendly. I feel like I am getting an honest job done at a fair price, which is hard to find. They actually care.
