I came here to grab some quick dinner before heading home, I had ordered quite a bit of food for me and a few others and the wait was taking longer than they expected. The person at the window gave me a coupon for me having to wait longer. When they brought me the food another worker gave me another coupon for a free ice cream. With the amount of food I had ordered I would have assumed it would take longer and was not expecting any coupons. The workers here are awesome and I really appreciated the two coupons I got. Thank you for your awesome service.
One star is all over the board. The lady was not nice. I would have gotten her name, but she was not wearing a name tag. We waited five minutes for two chicken tenders that were cold. She rolled her eyes at us several times she slammed the door on us twice, been here multiple times never have had this happen Do not recommend coming here. Do not waste your time.
If you go here, ask for Jamie :) she was such a sweetheart and gave us an excellent meal. We had a strange order and she helped us find work arounds and made sure I had the best option. Strongly recommend her!!!
The burgers are tiny and the shakes have gotten small!! When we go through the drive through it always takes so long to get our food, almost to a point we just almost leave to go somewhere else!! The tables are dirty many times when we go sit down, we have to go to the opposite side where we were planning in the first place!!
They are usually pretty good when it comes to customer service and speed. Today not so much at all. After placing my drive thru order and waiting 12 minutes I finally left without ever seeing someone at the window. We went to Chick-fil-A instead.
Ice cream taste amazing, especially when you combined cotton candy flavor with chocolate topper surprisingly great… highly recommend. Cashier was incredibly nice and helpful.
We love the food but the whole restaurant is so dirty! Especially the play place. We'd definitely come here more often if it was cleaner.
The staff is so kind! The food is good too! I always order my burgers fresh patty extra seasoning and they are so good!
