It's an Arctic Circle, and one of the best I've been to. The area was clean, food was good, and staff was exceptional! They where very kind when taking our order and helped us navigate the menu. There was a small mistake when making out order and they where quick to correct it before our food even arrived. The manager was super kind and thoughtful and made sure everyone was taken care of. There was no annoying asking for a tip, though this experience deserved one for sure!
They advertise amazing halibut for a short time. The fish was so full of uncooked breading that it ruined all of it. We scrapped what we could off, but you could still taste a gritty taste on it. Why didn't we take our takeout back? We would have been offered a new order, no thanks. Sorry, Arctic Circle.
2nd time in a row getting my order wrong. Yes, they hire young high school kids, and it's obvious they lack training, but their service is getting worse.
Ordered 1 flavor cone & got charged $35 … they “voided” the transaction but it still went through … 1 ice cream cone is definitely not worth $35
The staff is amazing however when I asked to meet the chef who cooked my food they brought me some "agender" individual who was extremely rude and refused to talk to me, kids these days, food was great though.
Seriously awful. The food was not edible- the tots were literally still frozen when I bit into them. The nice server was very apologetic and brought me new ones- but nothing was very good. My grandson liked the play area though.
Great food and amazing ice cream. They have a really big play area for kids. The restaurants floor needed a some mopping but everything else was very clean. Prices are very fair for these restaurants. They have very good fry sauce here.
Cant really say anything bad. It was as good as I remembered. Clean environment and great ice cream.
