Only been here fifty times in the past couple years. Never had one problem. Only place around that will tell you when something needs fixed. Saved $1000+ on fixing my old car. Had a rusted frame told me to get rid of it. Anywhere else would have just fixed the other problems and sent me on my way. Not here!!!
Awesome Arcola Automotive!! Broke down with a bad wheel bearing on Fathers Day and they had us out by noon the following day :) They even texted us 6 hours later to make sure our trip was going well! Thank you!
Picked up a nail on the interstate and they quickly patched the tire and got me back on the road.

I had made a 10:00am appointment for today,the day before with this place to get a little work done on my car like a tire patch and a few other things,I had been sure to arrive at the time of my auto appointment about 10 minutes early and nobody was their so I had waited around for about 30 minutes before calling them to ask if they were just running a little bit late or something like that and nobody answered the phone so I just left????I plan to get the work done on my car somewhere else,for the simple reason if they can’t even show up on time for the auto appointment we had made a day earlier then should I really trust this place to do quality work on my car?
