Cashier was reaching out the doors (that the food comes out) to touch and pet a dogs face that was in the car ahead of me. When I drove up, I mentioned I saw her touch the dog and asked she wash her hands. She said she did already and that her manager allows her to touch animals. I don't see how that's even legal, let alone a store policy to allow an employee to touch a dirty animal before touching my food. Absolutely disgusting.
I asked for ketchup for my fries and extra Tzatziki sauce for my Gyro, and I received neither sauce.
Good food. Service a little slow. Had to wait over 10 minutes for my food.
Had the new Wagyu deluxe cheese burger, Senoir soda and military free desert. The burger was surprisingly good would rate it above a Mc Donald's quarter ponder or any of the burger kings burgers. I usually order extra onions but wanted to try it in normal configuation,, it needed more onions. The restaurant was clean and counter help were polite and professional. Will come back again.
Sometimes they do really well, and other times they don't put any sauce on a gyro when one asked for extra sauce. Disappointing. Not the first time the have failed on details, but sometimes order is correct.
Fantastic experience with Aaliyah. She recommended sauces for the mac n cheese bites, had issues w the coupon being entered but made sure that was resolved by requesting help from management, she had a very kind demeanor when helping us with our takeout order. Couldn’t be more pleased with this visit. Thank you, Aaliyah!
Premium prices for a sandwich that came with wrong cheese. Please keep in mind I don't eat fast food because of all the fillers and added flavors and garbage alot is made from...Arby's is my exception for the healthier options.
Was pretty good- Italian sub n curly fries meal. Friday night-they were really busy but plenty of open tables. No workers going around wiping/cleaning the tables n seats tho. Sad they weren't paying attention to them n garbage. .
Service was slower than any other fast food drive-through I have been to.
