The Classic Chicken Sandwich is literally the best sandwich Butler has to offer but by some unholy mishap, the sandwich doesn't come with pickles. Judging from their reaction, it seems like the Arby's employees will be executed on the spot if found adding any pickles to a chicken sandwich so don't get your hopes up.
I also think the engineer who designed the cup lids should be fired immediately because that guy clearly crawled out of the depths of hell and precisely engineered the lids to be just loose enough to fall off an spill drink everywhere in your car when they hand it to you. The drive thru is also so slow that you'll burn off all the calories from the meal you just ordered by sitting idly in your car while the only view you get is occasionally spotting one of the four total people that still visits what's left of the Clearview Mall, other than that this place is good.
Love the work environment, love the atmosphere of the people and music. The chicken bacon swiss is the best, no topping that!

Place has changed a lot! I stopped working here but I still believe this place has integrity and tries their absolute best in everything they do. Also, the chicken bacon swiss is still the best.
The place is great MOST the employees are great, I really like the remodel, the store manager keeps a tight ship at this location. There is one employee that i got an off feeling about she seems extremely judgmental of the customers in a disrespectful manor.
Stopped here to pick up dinner being a single father this happens. More than i like ,so I got a French dip and a curly fries with side cheddar Instantly I noticed I was missing my Ajou and then I noticed I didn’t receive my side of cheddar cheese. The fries also appeared to be cooked in old oil I spend a lot at Arby’s and was highly disappointed
Had Classic cheesesteak sandwich. Sorry, did not like it at all. Too much creamy whatever it was. I had one tiny piece of red pepper. It was all small pieces of beef and creamy whatever. Couldn't finish it.
This has always been my favorite fast food restaurant. My top 3 sandwiches are The Reuben, The French Dip, and The Classic roast beef.
Terrible fries and drenched in Buffalo sauce. ????????
Quick and nice service. The food was medium warm, could have been hotter.
