Are you freaking kidding me? $12 for half a sandwich? Is this Arby's shrinkflation?
Update: Arby's asked me to contact them about the situation, which I did and have been ghosted ever since, I'm sure this won't be resolved as per usual.
Let me tell you when you go thru the drive thru and they something up and its pointed out to your face with facts.. the general manager should never argue with a customer... she should not be a general manager... arguing with a customer over the phone and in the store... great general manager skills...
I ordered 5 for 10 cheese and loaded fries she gave me curly fries so told her I ordered loaded and ask how much more I owed she said nothen. Food was hot and good place was clean. They were very nice they seemed like a young crew but their was not any horse playing they all did their job (A+)
Ordered online and wasnt ready when got there. Got a french dip all the meat was in middle of sandwich so the ends was just bread
Normally good place, usually good service, but left the cheese sauce off my fish sandwich on last visit.
The first time, I ate chicken strips and curly fries there in years. They were worse than old convenience store strips. It is not the same taste style or size as I remember.
We frequent Arby's, but today we are having breakfast at a nearby restaurant. We were just threatened with towing from the Arby's adjacent parking lot. It is 8:00 am. Arby's doesn't open until 10:00. My husband just had to get up from a nice meal to move our car. We won't be back to any local Arby's. Bad business to threaten people with towing from a large lot when you aren't even near opening time. There are 55 parking spaces. Not sure that Arby's is ever that busy.
I'm sorry to say that this Arby's location is the only one that I've come across that is consistently good, at other Arby's locations I've eaten at, I'll get my food verily luck warm, or light on the meat, or it might be good the next time I eat there. I like consistency with my food and this Arby's has got it down pat.
