They held all the food till the last of 2 sandwiches was to be complete. It has now been 15 min and I am still waiting on a French dip. My chicken bacon ranch covered fries are now cold and soggy with no fork to be found. They just brought out the sandwich and forgot the aujue dip.
This restaurant was the dirtiest I've walked into. The food was bare minimum! The fountain drinks are dirty there is dirt coming out into the cups. Cook is walking from front end touching counters with gloves on going back into the back to cook food WITHOUT changing gloves. They were not friendly did not care about the customers at all.
Got the 2 can dine for 9.99 and cheese sticks food was okay but the bread tasted old and the fries was warm. Had to wait about 30 minutes on the food to be ready.
I went to the drive-through and ordered mozzarella sticks that were still cold inside, I went back through the drive-through to get the order replaced and was met at the window with the employee at the window and cook calling me a "liar"- and screaming it over and over inside the restaurant that I was a liar, all for a $4.00 mozzarella stick order. This was after I waited entirely too long to go back to the drive-through to even have the order replaced.. I was told "you ate one, so we can only replace three"- I responded that I didn't appreciate being called a liar and what would my motive be??? To get a free cheese stick, seriously?? She asked for the order that I purchased back, and I handed the bag with the food to her through the window and the cook and window employee smashed them in their hands, saying they were cooked right and I was a liar!!! I didn't even realize that this was something you could do at fast food, I have never had a fast food place except food back in through the window, isn't this a health hazard???? Not to mention, I've been sick for an entire week and now I'm handing food back that I have handled through the window for an employee and a cook to touch with food that I had partially ate- and they have no gloves on- beware and run from this restaurant!!!!!!
The staff was the absolute sweetest! The food was good too, and the deals were actually affordable! Peach lemonade is AMAZING!
My classic roast beef was not only dry but the smallest I've ever gotten. Ÿou got the meats and I guess you plan on keeping them. Smdh
Waited at the drive-thru for 15 minutes with no response. I had to pull around and park to come in to be served. When walking in, the girl that was supposed to be taking drive-thru orders was too busy on Facebook and gave me a glance before returning to her phone. The one worker (young gentleman) was the one that took our order and was the one to also make our order. Apparently, there is another personal (one being the manager) in the back , but he's the only one working. Upon further review, this happens a lot at this location. I WILL MOT BE RETURNING to this location. While it took a while to get food due to only the male employee working, we did get to hear the one young ladies problems with her friends on facebook and everything else going on in her life. The lack of work ethic is astonishing.
Ordered 2 roast beef sandwiches and a French dip along with fries and drinks. Went in door dash app to file complaint but all they want to do is give you a credit. Called the store and there was one excuse after another. I know it’s the evening before thanksgiving but that’s not an excuse. 35-40 years ago I managed that store and that excuse would never have flown. Even when we were short handed orders got filled properly because I had trained my people how to check and double check. This has happened 2 separate times with this store
