The roast beef did not look like roast beef. No color and very little taste. On bathroom was out of order and had poop on the floor when I used it. Not cool.
I always get a great meal here. I think you would really have to try to find something on their menu that you wouldn't like. Food is always fresh. They are usually pretty quick too even when you have to pull forward when they are backed up.
Commercials got us there. Awful service, old bottom of the barrel curly fries and rude argumentative teenagers will keep us from going back for a 12 dollar regular combo meal. Apparently we don't know the difference between sweet tea and unsweetened tea. We can see why no one was in the drive thru or inside and McDonald's Wendy's and Burger King all had lines wrapped around.
Road trip stopped at litchfield, IL ordered food got it quick and heard back on the interstate. Started to eat my food and gross!! Who feeds someone this all 3 of my sandwich meat was very thick and chewy. Very disappointed and my sweet tea was not sweet at all.
Stopped on road trip from Chicago for a quick lunch. Dining room was a little dirty when we walked in, but while eating the same really nice woman who took our order came out and started cleaning/rearranging tables. Food was fine, it was all hot and they loaded up our sandwiches pretty well! Also the bathrooms were extremely clean which is always a nice surprise on a road trip! Leaving review because the staff was really nice and I really appreciated them coming out and cleaning up!
I thought they had the meat ????. I ordered the French Dip, which was previously offered as a half pound option. Now I bet my sandwich came with maybe 2.5 Oz of meat. It was also cold. 3/10/23 Reality vs. What they say a fench dip looks like.
I ordered lunch for my coworkers, 4 identical orders, one check. I politely asked for each sandwich and order of fries to be sacked separately, each sack to contain 1 packet each of catsup, bbq sauce and horsey sauce while at the drive through speaker.
This was my second attempt in the last couple of months and neither time they followed instructions, just gave me extra sacks. That's not what I asked for, and it's not a big request.
Litchfield has many fast food options and I definitely won't give Arby's a 3rd time to try.
Great roast beef as always. And curly fries FTW! Much better than a crinkle cut.
