I stopped in with my son to have a quick meal at around dinner time. The food was served quickly and was tasty. Everything went well except for the fact that the staff was constantly arguing amongst themselves. The supervisor or manager was a little aggressive to his staff they were understaffed. And the people who were working there didn't seem to know how to do their jobs without being told instructions on every single thing. Other than that it was a good time I just wish the staff with kept the dialogue a little bit more family-friendly and less confrontational. To be fair I don't think they noticed they were even being loud and obnoxious and the guests were having to overhear this. All in all though I'll be back it was good.
Ordered through the app, arrived to pick up order and went inside. Watched person after person come in place and order and get there food. I was still waiting for my order. Maybe if you like Arby's don't use the app.
If you are a tourist and think you can use one of the coupons out of the coupon books, think again. They will not. Guy tried to holler he couldn't use the coupon because they were a franchise or some kind of nonsense. Food was subpar.
Food is usually ok here. Do get shorted on fries though. Drive through gets a little weird sometimes.
I do not understand why one employee wears a mask up to their eyeballs ! So strange. The fear inducing virus is gone.
So odd to see this every time I go, and it makes me uncomfortable. I won't be back anytime soon.
Food was hot and fresh. Meat on Beef and Cheddar seems to be decreasing for price paid. Sweet tea had an old taste
The food was fresh, warm and correct. The Restaurant was cleanish , the guy at the restaurant taking the order was scriptish with his greeting and responses. Not much of a personality and definitely didn't seem too happy to be there. Maybe he just had a bad day. Other than that, all good.
Arby's at Surfside is a joke. I ordered LARGE fries and they didn't even fill it to the top! And they still charged me full price for these which is $3.99! This is barely a MEDIUM! This is completely unacceptable.
Family had never wanted to go here because my wife remembered only the beef sandwiches. Now, they have something for everyone... turkey, chicken, just a better variety all around. We enjoy it better than MCD.
