they messed up my order completely. im allergic to sauerkraut. i asked that it not be out on my sandwich what did they do? put it on there . had i not checked and just bit into it. i would have violently ill. i had to throw my sandwich away and i wasted 7 dollars.i didn't get the feeling the girl that waited on me likes her job. she was very rude.

Gyros are usually pretty good and my go to. This one was the worst Arbys gyro I've had. Plus it took forever. No sense of urgency from anyone.

The Turkey,Bacon and Ranch sandwich is my favorite with curly fries. Always made fresh. This was a good location. I always get mine without lettuce. The Gyros are real good also.

Food was excellent as always from Arby's. The staff was attentive and friendly. The restaurant is located inside a Pilot filling station and was a little confusing or I would have given a full 5 star rating.

Arbys is inside the Pilot Travel Plaza on State Route 61 just south of the I71 overpass. There is a drive thru.

Great service and food for a gas station Arby's. No complaints, and they were sensitive to my gluten-free requests.

Absolutely terrible. Working whole day in 80 degree heat and wanted some Arby’s. Got my meal came out to the vehicle and left looked in my bag and had no fries, and I had payed for them. NEVER eat there!!!!!!

Cold chicken patty that was undercooked, lukewarm fries... typical Arby's. I should have known better than to eat here, but when it is your only choice while stuck at a truckstop, sometimes you take the chance...
