Arby's is not just for eating anymore! They also provide the materials & supplies to make yourself a new pair of shoes. Super Thick sliced rubber beef (50,000 mile warranty), decent tread pattern, & various plastics are now included in every sandwich!! I was able to make 4 pairs but unfortunately, I probably won't ever be returning to this location.
Very exquisite beef, they do in fact have the meats. Restaurant is always clean and the food comes fast. The manager is a really cool guy. I usually go twice a month or so. They have a really cool bell that I always ring.
Food at Arby's used to be really good. No more potato cakes. Roast beef is just so-so now. Every time u go through drive-thru. You have to pull over. Even when no one is behind you.
Service - workers were very patient as we started dealing and splitting coupons with each other
Aroma - could not remember smelling anything
Taste - there spicy chicken sandwiches were the best. The flavors added with the Arby's sauce was good. I did not try their horsey sauce but I believe it's like a spicy mayo.
Presentation - we ordered almost one of everything on the menu. It did not look good as we anticipated
Uniqueness - there Ruben sandwiches are unique by the sweet souressness and their chicken tenders were not unique at all. There Arby's sauce did at uniqueness flavor to them
Comfort - they have both booths and regular tables and chairs. Handicap accessible aswell.
Price - about 7 for a small meal or 10-12 off a big meal. I'd say it is about right for fast food.
Ordered smokehouse brisket cause I wanted something different from roast beef, was worst sandwich I've ever had from Arby's, wasn't very hot and seemed kinda chewy. Roast beef from here on out.
Child please. You know dang well the shake machine works... You just didn't want to get off your phone. How about you get off your phone when a customer enters the place and ask them what you can get for them vs. the customer standing there for 2 minutes waiting on you to stop looking at your phone... Rude. If you can, go to a different Arby's of its not pressing.
The general manager was extremely rude! I had ordered almost $50 worth of food for me and my family and I couldn’t remember if I had made one of the orders a meal or not! So when I got to the window I asked if I made one of the sandwiches a meal! The general manager rudely said you can’t remember what you said from the speaker to here! She then very rudely and with an attitude said this how you should have ordered it, and went on about that! I then asked again if I could make it a meal or not and she then asked what drink and stuff I wanted. I do understand it can be frustrating to have to revise a meal however there is much nicer ways to go about. I was extremely nice and all I needed was a sandwich to be made a meal!
I’m not sure what has happened to this Arby’s, but went through the drive thru on 5/26/22 ordered a couple of meals, a sandwich and a large order of mozzarella sticks. The guy who was taking the order only spoke twice, once to say, can I take your order and another say pull around, he was very rude in the way he handled himself, not asking the usual questions like, what kind of drink with the meals, any kind of sauce with the nugget meal or even what kind of fries. We literally had to carry the order conversation. Then when we got to the window, the guy never gave us the total or receipt after he swiped the card. Then he handed us one drink and about five minutes later he handed us the food. We had to knock on the window to get second drink. Well once we got home, which is only a few minutes away, the bag was full of Arby’s sauce (33 to be exact, see picture) we did ask for a lot, but the amount was somebody being a smart a**. The mozzarella sticks were cold along with both sandwiches. It used to be that when you went to Arby’s, you got Chic-fil-a service for the beef side of the fast food industry. Now they’re no better than McDonald’s but at a very high price. I suggest y’all either hire better people, train the people y’all have to be better or just lower your prices to match the service and food.
