Went inside to order, was greeted and order taken quickly. Food received accurately and promptly. Impressive service compared with others in the area. Visit was made at 7PM.

Went to go inside to pick up food. Hours on the door stated the dining room was open until 11 however doors were locked at 10:30 when I got there. This caused my delivery to be delayed. Once at the window the man working was very rude he refused to give me the order demanding to see my phone and that I confirmed the order. Again delaying my delivery. I have never dealt with someone being this disrespectful over a pick up order.

They had my food ready in less than a minute! They were so quick about it that it felt like I was forgetting something when I left, but everything was correct with my order! I'm very impressed!

I ordered a Ruben sandwich only n got a Philly cheese steak with juice in a cup. I called the Arby's on Elida Road and explained that I got the wrong order he told me to bring it back the next time and we will make you the Reuben sandwich. So I went there on Monday and they wanted the sales receipt and I said that is not my meal that's what I got and I didn't order it so I waited and they gave me the Philly cheesesteak with the juice and that's not what I ordered I'm glad I looked in the bag before I drove so I called the store back again and tell them that I got the same thing that was on the receipt that is not what I wanted I wanted the Reuben sandwich so I came around to the window again. N handed the employee the bag n I must have waited 10 minutes for a Reuben sandwich. When the employee handed it to me he basically threw it at me I said I would never come here again I would drive all the way on the other side of town at that Arby's never had a problem there on Harding highway.

The food was pretty good and hot. Service was awful however, got the wrong shake, got fries instead of mozzarella sticks, got ridiculed when asked for sweet and sour (don't have, which is fine). Also made us go all the way to the back of the line when asking for sauce instead of adding it to the order. Extremely disappointing, felt like I was being scolded like a child.

It’s a Arby’s however my issue comes from lack of care and or lack of service and standards ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich on 5/10/20 a double beef n cheese and 2 orange dream shakes , the shakes themselves were 98% water consistency , my Buffalo sandwich was missing the lettuce , and my double bnc had nearly 90% of cheese on the wrapper and not the sandwich itself the quality control here is not existent… such a disappointing experience.

Always great service in and out but tonight i went there all I asked was how much after she told me sounded like she said 26.95. she just blew a fuse and turned into angry ???? pissed mode. I was like dam wth. I just wanted to know because in her tone it sounded like 26.95 she like Snaped at me then told me 6.95. I was like oh I thought you said 26.95 then she calmed down I think back now she probably thought I was a problem even if so this person should not be working with people a very hateful angry soul.
