This place was terrible. First the pop machine didn’t work and the ice machine was out. You had to ask for ice. Second the ketchup was out and when we asked to fix it she said no. Then the lights were covered in dust and dirt. The floor was sticky and needed cleaned. It was not busy as we were the only people in the place.
Every single time I go here they'll drive through line is wrapped clear around the building and I still have to wait when I get to the window for my food to get done
Easily the best prepared Jamocha shake I have ever had. Kinda ruins it for me now because it will be difficult to outdo the one we had today. Thanks for a great treat.
Google says your open til 10 pm, the sign on your door says your open til 10 pm but at 8:35 pm 4/8/24 your doors are locked. Your in there but the doors are locked. So sick of the fast food places and their excuses as to why they are closed. Went out of my way to go here, what a waste of time????
There was a really long line at the drive-thru because the lobby was closed. The food was hot and fresh, and the CSR at the window had a positive attitude. The parking lot is kind of dangerous, everyone going in different directions.
The food here has always been good. The service? Well... it's definitely hit & miss.
Prices higher than ever. Staff is incompetent than ever. Never ice in your pop, $35 for 2 trash combos, get home and only half of your food in the bag. Has happened multiple times. One of the only places to eat in town and the food is garbage mostly because of the trash that works there.
Order was perfect and the nice counter person gave me an apple turnover because I'm not big on fries and such was super friendly clean lobby fresh hot food fast service way to go this is a great Arby's to stop for a quick bite
