We used to really like eating here but not anymore. This is the third time in the last few months that we have ordered through the drive thru and we are missing something. Today it was a roast beef slider, the other times was a chicken sandwich and mozzarella sticks. We live about 20 minutes away and I was in a hurry so I didn't check the bag until I got home. And don't waste time calling because nobody has ever answered. I'm done giving away free money!
Depending on the staff, the lobby won't always be clean.
Staff do talk about business in front of customers and sometimes you'll be waiting on them.
However, overall Arby's in Torrington is a decent place to eat.
This place is going down hill fast. The waits are extreme with nobody in line. It took them forever just to take my money and the food was cold too. Tired of the fast food in this town.
It's Arby's, over priced fast food. The staff is very friendly. The store is very clean. Enjoy the employees, dislike the corporation.

I ordered and went to the window and got my food and checked to make sure it was correct and the receipt was right but the food was not, I gave it back and she said she’d fix it and then proceeds to give me the exact same food back that was incorrect
Ordered a fish sandwich. They didn't put any tarter sauce on it. When asked for tarter sauce they made us pay for it! Then gave attitude! Ridiculous
I went through the drive up at about 145 in the afternoon. There was only one car a head of me and one behind. I ordered the classic beef and cheddar sandwich and a order of Mac and bits and 2 large cokes. I took the food to my husband for his lunch. The bits were burnt to a crisp and the sandwich was the ends pieces of the roast on a rider bun. Not even what I ordered! I got one coke and some kind of diet drink. This the second time in 2 weeks that we have gotten bad food and not what we ordered or missing parts of our order. We will not be going back! Not worth the money and lousy service.
