Great Arbys location. Staff was super friendly and helpful! I noticed one of the employees delivered food to a car in a blizzard today!! Food was delivered quick and the place was really clean!
Terrible experience today. Went through the drive through. Very quiet... one car in front of me. Ordered and they apparently didn't understand. I even asked again at the window. Had to pull around front to wait for food. Took quite a while and realized they forgot the fries. Manager said he would do them and bring them out. 15 minutes later I walked in the store to see what was going on. Finally gave me the rest and I was on my way. Get home to eat.... chicken strips were tiny.... they forgot the sauce for the cheese sticks. Just really disappointing for a fast food joint and wasted 30 minutes of my day. Only reason they get 2 stars is because he attempted to make it right. Just fell short.
This is what $12.36 gets even you with a coupon on the app. Not impressed with the food being cold. Watched the manager yell at the employees before she gave me this old cold order. Of course no name tags on any of the employees.
The owner of this location pays peanuts and gets clowns. If you ever have a chance, watch their computer menu and notice every order is bright red late with the food still being cold. It'd be different if they actually provided good service, but they're just extremely lacking and short staffed due to the decisions of the owner.
My experience with the staff was mediocre. You could tell they didn't want to be there. We went through the drive-thru, so I can't speak to the inside of the store. The food was pretty good. We grabbed jalapeño bites and a roast beef sandwich. I gave an extra star because they were faster than most Arby's I've been to. I've generally enjoyed food from there in the past. No major disappointments.
Food was good, microphone talking back and forth to rep was the worst. We did ask about using coupons was told they no longer take the paper and it had to be do e thru the app. Hmmnn then why run them? Food was hot, fries could have been cooked a little longer. Extra cheese sauce was not worth the $1.25 for the little cups.
Used to be a decent location, spent 36 minutes at the window for my two fries and a sandwich..
Got home to soggy buns cold roast beef and hard overcooked fries! All while the staff play on their phones Awesome!<3
I think filling a cup full of ice and not giving the option of no ice is theft.
Stood at the counter for 5 minutes before someone acknowledged my existence. I don't really like to call out to people because I know theyre busy...but they could've at least said "I'll be right with you" or something.
