Alot of attitude from the woman taking our order. Then we got our food we got everything we asked for but my sandwich which was a double beef and cheddar was completely soaked with cheese and the bread was completely soggy from it. Just absolutely disgusting. I haven't eaten in a couple days from being sick and just wanted to get some grease and calories into me but this was horrible. Should've went somewhere else. ????
Came in at 9:30 . Manger took orders of three out of four of us in the group. When the fourth was attempting to order he said they closed in half a hour and was not taking any more orders very rudely ! This made thing very difficult because we then had to find a different place for the fourth person in our group to get food !!! Never coming back very rude and inconvenient!!????
First time eating at an Arby’s in a while that the food was good. I got French dip, no cheese and a small drink. The orange cream milkshake sounded good but I didn’t try it this time.
Stopped in Sat. 11/11/23 for lunch. One car in drive-thru, on man inside waiting for his order. There were at least 4 employees we saw. No on greeted us, no one offered to wait on us. In the past we have waited 20 minutes or more for our food. This time, after 5 minutes being ignored we went to Taco Bell where we were greeted by 2 workers as we walked in. I dont know if we will return to this store. Before my retirement I worked all my life in the service industries, this is NOT how customers are to be treated.
Quick and easy, the rolls were fresh and staff was polite and quick with the order.
Best Arby's experience ever. Friendly and competent staff, good food, beautiful and clean building.
People acted like they knew nothing and turned down my brother, although they didn’t shut down for another half an hour.
I am not a fan of roast beef or chicken over a beef burger. And they did not have burgers available when I went there so I got chicken nuggets, curly fries, and a gyro. I thought the chicken nuggets were just okay. They are large and chicken breast pieces but the crust could be better and crunchier. The fries, I know a lot of people like the curly fries here. I didn't think there was anything special about them except that they came in spiral form. They are not seasoned nor flavored differently. Maybe they were over fried and a bit dried out. The portion size of four was nice though. I would say better if you got them during the 2-5 happy hour window. I didn't eat my gyro so can't say anything about that. I am fond of checkers fries. I dont think I'd go back to Arby's and if I didn't get a combo I wouldn't get fries.
The place itself was nice and there was ample seating and some outlets by the windows facing eat n park. They don't have a fancy soda fountain either.
It was an okay experience overall but it isn't my cup of tea.
