The people who work here are awesome. Always super nice and quick with your items. I gave the food 3 stars because it isn't always hot like it should be, but you can get that with fast food sometimes, no big deal!
Ordered on app, tried to order bogo deal and customize, app added the deal twice. So I tried to order 3 sandwiches, paid for 5 received 4 and the missing sandwich was the customized one which had an up charge. Food was good, didn't go in to see about atmosphere.
Well, normally not terrible... HOWEVER, this time and a few others, finally decided to say something, soooo here we go.
Fries were (and have been) almost unable to be eaten from sheer age. I ordered a TRIPLE beef and cheddar, well at least I got beef... seriously there is hardly an amount of cheese equivalent to a packet of Arby's sauce (see picture)
The wrap my son ordered had nearly frozen sliced cheese on it. But as I said before normally it is not NEAR this bad and of course it always happens in the drive thru where you are either on your way out of town or on your way home at the end of the day and cannot get back to confront the staff about it. I have no doubt it would quickly be taken care of but I simply don't believe most want to take the time to come back from their homes to right $10-$20 of fast food.
They are clean food is good but needs to be. HOT service is slow at the drive thru certain times employees attitude is good handicap parking available
I don't go to the Newton Falls location very often. Last visit was in October last year. How can your milk shake machine still be broken? Or broken again, if it's broken again then maybe you have the wrong people fixing it or they need a new one. Which means you shouldn't be advertising new milkshakes if you can't even make them. I stop there for a jamoka shake when I'm out that way, I would have tried the mint one today but the shake machine is still broken since October actually since September of last year. ????
The crinkle fries are like eating an idaho potato with crinkles. Also, their bathroom was full of diarrhea.
We were welcomed when we walked into the restaurant by Dasie and Gabe was at the counter cheerfully welcoming us dressed in his holiday attire. We asked about current specials and he told us. That helped make our decision as we were not sure what we wanted. There were 2 other families in the restaurant at the time but they were finishing up and leaving. The dining area was clean and the drive thru was consistent with customers going through. Our food was correct and hot and hit the spot. Thank you for the nice experience.
The drive through worker was extremely rude, shoved the bag of food at my boyfriend said, "it's all there, bye, you can leave" and the order was not correct. I wouldn't be leaving a negative review if it weren't for the fact this worker has been rude the last 4/5 times we have come through the drive through. I also find it very unprofessional that they shut off as many lights as they can to look closed 3/4 hours before they actually close.
