My wife and I a delicious lunch today (9 March 24). Seems like this location hit the reset button and turned into 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ location. Previous visits had a lackluster crew and was very loud.
Today's visit was a great and delicious lunch! The staff was well managed, courteous and very friendly! Got greeted when entering with smiles and helped staff.
Arby's has always been one of favorite fast food eatery's and now this my favorite Arby's location!

Quick service and our order has been correct the couple of times we have gone. Their Greek gyros are the best!
Last night I bought dinner for 3 total$ 42.65. I specifically requested multiple packets of arby sauce and Horsey sauce at drive through speaker and repeated that at window when paying. I had to pull forward to wait on LG order they brought it out to me and again I asked if requested sauces were in the bag and straws for the shakeshe said yes mam it's all in the bag. Which was full so I didn't dig. When I met my friends.at an outdoor gathering there were no sauces in the bag which was so stuffed and heavy that the bottom fell out when I picked it up spilling the food on the ground and no straws for the shakes or even napkins. This is not acceptible.
My order was taken in the drive thru by a very pleasant lady. This is always a good way to start ???? I ordered the fish strips meal. The nice lady hands me my drink and ask me to pull forward. No problem. Got home, 1 mile away and sat down to eat immediately. The fish is good for what it is and I would certainly order it again but the crinkle fries were not even warm and seemed to be not too fresh. Fries are important ???? All in all not a bad experience but let's work on the fry situation ????
Big fish sandwich is the steal with 2 for $6.00 and best deal for seafood with deliciousness in every bite. Try it quick before they end this.
Ordered 2 meals w 2 small shakes, and a side small coke and mozzarella stick. Get to the window and only have one fry. With a very long line I politely bring it to their attention. They send a manager to the window to tell me the lady taking my order substituted mozzarella sticks. Why? I didn’t ask for substitutions. Both manager and woman taking my order were rude. She said I would have to pay for a small fry, but the cost of that doesn’t equal out. Rather than make everyone wait on me while they voided/refunded the bill and put it in correctly I left…. I paid $30…. Skip this Arby’s!!! Ps my small milkshakes were not even full!!

We went in to order. When we got in no one was around. We started hearing from 2 employees in the back. The lady employees was angry that the place was "disgusting" and saying they put food "there". There was a big guy who told her he doesn't do things, he tell people to do things. If he was a manager, he definitely needs retrained. Neither of them saw us after we waited about 5mins, so we left. It's a sad, sad place. Do yourself a favor, don't go there.
Needed a quick bite before going grocery shopping (dangerous to shop on an empty stomach - Lol). Drive through service was fast, repeated order, thanked me for stopping by, repeated order again at the pay window, order was correct and sandwich was good. Under $5.
