I came by for an online order after work Tuesday April 16th 2024 and my order was prepared and ready even a minute before the app said. My three items were put together perfectly sauced and symmetrical. They are really Johnny on the spot here ulta professional which is a great change from Taco bell waiting 20 mins for 4 items with online ordering. I noticed also other order that had been placed were completed punctually and the people in here take some pride in running the Arby's on Coloraod Ave. I appreciate good management and employees and I'll come back and support this location. This is American food and I'm so sick of the usual. Thanks again
I’m extremely unhappy with this location. I put in an order with DoorDash last night, and it happened to go to this store. After 3 different dashers cancelled, I contacted support. Apparently the store was telling the dashers that they don’t do DoorDash orders, after they had already CONFIRMED the order! I have been a dasher myself and have picked up from this specific store before, so I know that’s a blatant lie. They should have either told my dashers that they were unable to make the order, explained that to DoorDash themselves, or made the order instead of making me wait 30 minutes wondering what was going on. I had to get the order cancelled myself and beg for a refund.
Mostly clean, good food. Service pretty bad. They don't listen, are incredibly slow, and messed up multiple items I ordered, including giving me the wrong kind of fries.
However the food that came out was the best Arby's I've had in a long time so I'll take the good with the bad
The older white lady in drive thru was satisfactory. She did not offer any condiments napkins or anything. When I asked her for a couple Arby's sauces and some napkins it seemed to be a bit bothersome.
I have never had 'bad' Arby's for well over 30 years, until tonight. Seriously, try to take some pride in your jobs. I arrived at 11:35, went through drive-thru (they are open until midnight). Ordered a Double Beef and Cheddar combo, asked for crinkle cut fries, got curly, the sandwich was only partially edible, half of the bun was rock hard/stale, it was disgusting. The guy who took my order clearly wanted to go home, never made eye contact, wasn't friendly.. As soon as I pulled away (roughly 11:40ish), they turned off all the lights well before midnight. As a consumer, I shouldn't have to worry about if the food will be good or bad just because it's almost closing time. Why can't you make consistently good food during business hours? Just make the food as if you are making it for yourself to eat, that's all I ask. Someone built that sandwich and knew what the bun felt like. Unacceptable.
I WILL NEVER EAT ARBY’S AGAIN! I had lunch, drive through, Rueben. I’m pretty sure the dressing went bad because by 4:00, I had cramps, and the runs. By 7:00, projectile vomiting and sweats. NOT GOOD getting a touch of food poisoning. Maybe it was the beef, not sure, but it was the only food I ate after breakfast.
Place was busy,food came fast ,fresh and made the right way .people in the back moving like crazy.lady up front friendly and efficient.great experience .
A very nice place, good food, affordable, and those who work in the establishment are very attentive.
