Went there today and I was 15 minutes early for my 1:45 pick up. Both employees were very accommodating and prepared my food early. 1/2 Roast Beef was excellent!
I shall be back!
I work at fast food as a closing manager. I get it with the late night orders. I came literally about a whole hour before close. I had gotten off of a really bad shift myself and already having a bad day. But I was literally the only one in line. There was this guy with curly hair who took my order. He was friendly and I appreciate that. But when he went to take my order, I said I wanted a number 1 meal as a double. This man asked me what I wanted to drink with that. I said I wanted a Dr Pepper. He asked if that was all and I said I wanted a Gyro without onions. I got to the window and I am handed my Dr Pepper and just my gyro and he said it was made fresh. Again thank you. But then I asked about my number 1 meal and he said he didn't hear that. And when he rang it in, he only rang me in for the sandwich. So I'm just sitting here and I'm trying to be patient. And I asked this guy if a meal came with a fry and he said yes and just looked at me. Now here I feel like a jerk because I angrily said, "Nevermind" and floored it out of there. I had to get out of there because that was the straw that broke the camel's back for me today and I was about to lose it. I wish I could tell the guy I'm sorry, because again he was really friendly. But I really shouldn't have to order all of my items separately in multiple orders. My food was simple. Messing up that much over a simple order is rediculous. And I'm paying more that way. I literally felt stupid sitting there trying to get all of my food and I didn't even get it all because if I placed another order for a fry I would have overpaid, if I didn't I overpay already. I wouldn't know if I did. I was not handed any of my receipts. I just know that I paid about $16 or $17 total. I just drove right back to McDonald's and ordered my sister's fries and explained to her that I couldn't get her curly fries.
Nice girl working the drink window and cashier. However, the girls at the food window were straight up rude. I am always nice to people, and I was very kind when I simply asked if the Arbys sauce was in the bag. She was rude throughout our whole interaction. I asked because I couldn’t see it at bottom of bag, and many times I have driven away to have to return because if it not being in the bag. So, I thanked her and drove away. Got down the road and we realized we didn’t have straws. So I returned and nicely asked for straws. What an attitude she had! I didn’t have an attitude and I am the one who was inconvenienced because they didn’t do their jobs properly. She literally shut the door on me before I could even say thank you. I prob won’t return. It was just bizarre the attitude I got when I was kind.
The best fast food experience my family has had in awhile. The service was incredible & the food was great. It seems like they have made a massive improvement at this location. The staff was incredibly friendly & helpful.
My big problem is that these people can’t for the life of them figure out that their second drive thru lane exists. I go to the outside lane naturally driving a truck it’s generally easier. And consistently they will serve every person in the inside lane before they take the order for the people on the outside. This isn’t a one time problem. I live up the road, generally I remember to go inside but given we only eat here every few months it’s tough to remember. Which is probably their excuse too ????
Check your bag, I’ve also had to drive back multiple times for items they forget.
The manager changed drive thru person from someone polite and professional to a young boy who instead of handing out the order like the girl was getting ready to do. He actually took 3 orders. While the line was so long behind me I find it hard to believe he was even able to take one order. Then he started to walk away. I had to get rude and ask for my food. All he said was I just got here but in retrospect he was there for 10 minutes already. He finally handed me my food then I had to ask for my drink which I later found out the hard way it was a nasty root beer and not a diet coke. Big disappointment. I was not thanked nor asked if I need any sauces and was never given a straw or receipt. VERY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED. WILL NOT GO BACK AGAIN FOR QUIT AWHILE.
The place was fairly okay for a sit down meal.
Didn't really enjoy my order.
I was new to the place and due to the drive through, didn't really get to have anyone instruct or direct.
It's basically easy to figure out things when you just ask or wait for a while.
I ordered 4 melts, a med curly fry, and a small orange milkshake, in total it was about $20.
The melts had no cheese, the fries were old and just a clump and there was a pink hair in my milkshake (my hair is black).
