I live in the neighborhood, and there has NEVER been a time I have EVER gotten good fresh fries from here! They are ALWAYS old and cold ???? I told my man we should have just bought them frozen from King Soopers and made them fresh at home, because this Arby's has consistently failed every single time I've gone????????
This is hands down the cleanest and friendliest Arby's i have ever been to. Everything was so clean. the sauce area had zero droppings or napkins out of place. the floors were spotless. the corners were dust free. the Manager had en employee opening the door due to slow time. it was nice being greeted at the door. The French Dip was spot on and the best tasting Au jus was very beef flavor and not watered down. We joked about this being the day 1 and we were first customers. i cant wait to come back to this Arby's.
The chicken in the sandwich was raw, curly fries were burnt and not fluffy at all. The vanilla shake didn’t have any taste.
It's a fast food joint so not much to say other than every time I have gone it's always clean and all the staff are quick and friendly, orders have always been correct even in the drive-through, and service has always been quick. Only giving this spot 4 stars because it's still just a basic fast-food spot and honestly it's nothing to write home about.
Everything is smaller but more expensive then it used to be. Arby's changed their large lemonade to what used to be their small size. The meals are almost twice what they cost two years ago.
I'll start off by saying the food was horrible the chicken was rock hard cold hajdu sauce was mostly water cold. French fries were rock hard cold if you live in or around Castle Rock avoid all fast food restaurants they all suck ran by kids
Today I decided to go through the drive-thru and experienced a very professional and courteous employee. There was quite a few cars in line and the drive-thru was pleasantly quick. I haven’t eaten Arby’s in such a long time, however, I was very impressed with my selection. The sandwiches are very tasty, the roast beef is excellent, the customer service was fantastic, and this restaurant provides military discounts.
The food was good, but I couldn't understand the order taker. The speaker was bad.
