Made online pick up, said to be ready by 3:48. It is now 4:01, waiting in the lobby for 10 minutes. These workers on drugs or something? The place is EMPTY. The hell.... their dispensers are all out too. RIDICULOUS
Picked up at 4:11. Only 3 people in drive thru too.
My go-to restaurant when I want both curly & crinkle fries! Love all of the food here! Hot and yummy ????
Terrible Terrible location! The employees are rude and slow took them almost 10 minutes to get 1 car through the drive thru there were 3 cars in front of us and it took 10 minutes to get each one through. And when i said something to them about it the guy yelled at me and told me to leave the drive through. All I said was they need to get it together after we sat in there drive thru for a half an hour. I understand ppl might be short staffed or something but they sure were not I saw a decent amount of employees inside. So after we left after we were so rudely yelled at we went across the street to Wendy's who had a very long line but guess what we got through it and got are food with in 5 minutes. This Arby's is definitely a ????????.
Was hired as a crew member and worked there for about a couple weeks before I no longer was able to access the schedule. I asked the GM for a copy, I checked the wall several times where the schedule was supposed to be posted, and it was never there.
The kicker tho- when the district manager came to visit she (the general manager) had three weeks of the schedule up in advance. As soon as they left the schedules were taken down.
In addition to the schedule, the store is filthy. The dishwater is always cold and doesn’t get hot. The employee on the back line will be on their phone watching dramas while slowly making sandwiches. They hold food far past when the timer goes off instead of making new food because “it’s good past the timer.”
I would not suggest eating or drinking anything from this store.
I wish all Arby's have same awesome people as here, very efficient and nice team!

Last night I went threw Arby's Drive threw to get diner for my Mother-in-law my Wife and I. I ordered a burger and fries for myself. When I got home and opened the burger I ordered I nearly lost my appetite. Busy or not I think that a little more care should have been taken to present a their product. Very disappointed.
Follow up, Arbys contacted me and made the situation right. I appreciate them responding and following threw until the situation was righted. On my next visit I was very happy not only with the presentation of the burger but the excellent customer service I received. Thank you Arby's
The foods freshness at this location is always a hit or miss. The employees aren’t the friendliest, however, both managers Erica and Anthony are super nice and professional! They both deliver top notch customer service! If it wasn’t for them I would not do any business at this location! My ratings reflects the managers and how they run their store! It’d be much lower if I was rating the employees.
Drive thru young man attendant, Eli... Fantastic.. busy, but very professional and kind. Great job... Would hire him for front of house or management any day. Top notch
