We were struggling with deciding what flavor of shake to get and we ordered of vanilla shake only to find out after we got to our table that a orange cream shake was available. So we took our completely untouched vanilla shake rigt back up to the counter and they refused to exchange it for an orange cream shake. Then when I called in to talk to corporate despite the fact that I was actually polite, not rude, no verbal abuse l, and no bad language I was hung up on. Completely unacceptable. This restaurant is not worth it. Whoever manages this restaurant needs some serious help. The associate who rang us up, named V. Jones was a real piece of work. I would fire this man in a minute - his customer service skills are seriously lacking.
We decided to sit in at arbys, and place was okay. Tables were dirty, (GUM was under the table) and saw dead mosquitoes against the windows. Loved the chicken tenders, (crispy and white meat) and the peach lemonade was AWESOME! Very small cup though, the lady didn't ask us what size we would like. The fries were really disappointing. There was so much oil in them, as if they were fried in old oil. More than half of them were burnt. Place definitely needs some cleaning.
Pretty mediocre arbies unfortunately. When I visited on a Saturday night the arbies was pretty empty and yet food was bad.
I would think that they'd have extra time to make my chicken sandwich good, but parts of it were a bit cold. I got a rueben as well, and once again the sandwich was cold. My wife's fries and mozzarella cheese were clearly hot and freshly fried though.
The floors were very dirty, and I stepped on sticky wet pools while sitting down on a table that looked fine from above. I think this arbies can do better.
Ordered online pick-up to ensure I could eat and stay to my schedule. Food was available on time. Ate inside. Expectations for a food service restaurant were met. Food was consistent with other Arby's in terms of quality.
Good food, great employees. The atmosphere was what you'd expect from a fast food place
Worst! cold food The link doesn't work. The fries were cold and not fresh as were our roast beef sandwiches. We were traveling and Arby's is usually fresh and hot. It was very disappointing! The servicr was slow but the employee was friendly.
Had to edit from 3 years ago. Ate here 3 times, trying to give my stars. But cold mozzarella sticks??? Never again. Very disappointed
The wait in the drive through line was extremely long even though we were one of two cars, when we got to the window they were confused on what our order was, the BLT was really good except way too much mayo
