Every time I have been here was for dine in counter service. The food is always fast, fresh hot! The staff is literally always happy and helpful. The mobile app and coupons make this food as cheap as McDonald's, but so much better! Good job Arby's, I'm lucky I have such a great location not far from home.
Ordered through DoorDash , food is very old and cold , had to throw it away …
Horrible experience. used drive thru and lost my change as person at window did not pass change to me and wind blew my change away. When I questioned her about it - she said not my fault its windy and for me to try to find it! I could not - lost over $12 in change. Food was cold and no condiments even thought I requested both horsey and arbys sause when ordering.
NEVER use this location if possible. Staff is rude and lazy!
A few of the workers give the rest a bad name. One of the workers tonight was unbelievably rude to us about picking up a mobile order through the drive-thru despite there being absolutely no one in line or in store. The way that people treat each other these days is insane. I could understand if they were busy, but they were not and it’s cold out. Be careful, I wouldn’t doubt this girl would spit in your food!!
I wouldn’t recommend here for lunch. I waited in line with a client for 22 mins in the lobby. The drive thru was busy and the people picking up with the app was busy so they chose not to wait on the lobby. 9 people walked out in the time I was waiting. Someone had spilled a drink in the lobby when we got there and had alerted the employees. 45 mins later when we left the spill was still all over the floor.
The Cheddar Beef sandwich always satisfys. It's large enough to sate my hunger. The Horsey Sauce has just the right amount of horseradish spice.
The roast beef is clearly undercooked… pink and slimy. You can even see the pink on the bottom bun in the photo.
This location has the sweetest young man named Zimere. Every time I see him he brightens my day!! He is just a sweet and kind person. I hope he gets a raise! Great customer service from everyone here!
