This is by far the best Arby’s in the area! The food is always good, hot and fresh! On the rare occasion that something is wrong with an order, the manager Carolyn is always right on top of a quick, friendly solution! She’s always so kind to everyone and treats her customers like they are family and friends! She always recognizes me, even in the drive thru!
We've had lunch here many times and the diet coke always seems off from other gas food locations. Not sure what the issue maybe. Soda had plenty of bubbles. The diet coke tastes a little watered down is my best description, maybe the water filtration system may need servicing.
Me and my husband went to arbys one night, just a few nights ago. I ordered 3 beef and cheddars and two curly fries, and a order of Jalapeño poppers to go. We only live about 7 minutes from here. When we got home we opened up our sandwiches to only find raw, pink beef!! Even the fries and poppers were very old and you can tell they had been sitting there for a long time. ???????????? I took pictures and I even called them. They said they had just closed and there was nothing they could do. The night manager insisted that the beef was cooked. I beg to differ! I have been trying to get ahold of them since then and they will not answer the phone. I am beyond upset at this point. No refund, no remake, nothing. I am a manager myself with a different company in town and I would never treat any of my customers like this! You guys need better service, better management and a better attitude!
Chris had an awesome attitude and went over & beyond. 10/10 in my books. Chris legitimately surprised me with his personality and attentiveness.
Sauce dispenser clogged; shot a foot long stream of sauce all over my fresh clothes. If I was the manager, I would offer my customer an apology, a refund and a gift card to return. Staff is more interested in each other than the customers. Nuggets are trash. Roast Beef just isn't the same and I dislike the new style. Mots sticks are fine. Shake is fantastic. Restaurant was clean and a/c working great.
Great service, as always. Food was great as well. Food was correct ordering thru the app. I do dislike that Arby's has removed the option for picking up online orders thru the drive-thru. This location does not have handicap accessible doors. The app is full of free rewards at least.
Definitely going down hill! Rude workers and nasty manager! I spent over 16.00 dollars and a bus driver on a sports trip. I finished my meal and was texting and relaxing. The manager yelled over the counter asking me if I was going to order or eat like I was a vagrant. I took my food and showed her my empty try and told her I ate over 16.00 worth. She said I could not see your tray. How rude! The lobby had zero people so it was not like taking up tables.
If your definition of fast food is waiting 10-20 minutes when the drive thru is empty, this is your place. I've never been through here in less than 5 minutes. I've actually left, gone through the Wendy's across the street and seen people that were ahead of me at the Arby's still in line. The employees are nice, but the speed is glacial.
