Doors were locked at 9:40. Went through the drive thru and I asked what time you close the doors? She said 10:00pm I told her it was 9:40pm and she just looked at me. I placed my order and was asked to pulled up and there was no one behind me. I was not thanked and had to asked for my receipt, the woman who handed me my order looked to be a manager. Very unfriendly and slammed the window closed.
Got delivery and called because the meat is fat and disgusting. You can't even chew it on the sandwich I ordered. I was told they couldn't do anything and post my review. Never have I have received such bad customer service or food from an arbys!!!!
My wife and I went through the drive thru that ????! The young man was very friendly. He pull us up and told us that he was going to make everything fresh for us . Spent around $20. This visit was in Grovetown and not one on Washington Rd. It been remodel. Wait til it's finish then go.
The food was hot! I was craving the 2 for $7 which use to be 2 for $5, $6. It's inflation beware of yearly price hikes.
Good overall experience. Place was empty indoors, but the drive-through was full. Food was good, and it came fast. Fries were hot, and everything was great! No complaints at all!
I and my co workers place several orders. On the site it said to come inside for pickup. On my arrival a little after 10pm the doors were locked. The lady inside just looked at me. So i get back in my car and drove to the drive thru and said I had multiple orders. Picked up everything at the window and asked for extra sauces etc and she gruffly said "they're in the bag" shut the window and locked it. There were no receipts or names on the bag and mine was missing a cup of cheese but I didn't even go back to ask because she was so rude. If you hate your job there are plenty more out there. I doubt we will be back anytime soon.
Just ordered the new spicy chicken sandwich and it was the perfect level of spicy, I'd probably eat it again. My only problem was the lack of customer service at the drive through window, she clearly would get fired from chick -fil-a because it definitely wasn't her pleasure. If your life sucks don't take it out on others. I'll dine in and order next time.
The new pecan chicken salad.... I asked for it in wrap form. It is disappointing. The chicken is so processed its near tofu consistency, flavorless. The flavor in the wrap was from the grapes and pecans.
Arby's was kind enough to send me some nice coupons, I have not eaten their products for at least 15 years. We had a nice inexpensive lunch. I realize it is fast food....the ingredients and calories are posted. As a once and awhile treat this was good fun....and now we will go walk two miles. Cheers.
